Insta Finish is a leading U.S.-based manufacturer specializing in high-quality car care products. Our extensive range includes waxes, cleaners, polishes, compounds, and specialty chemicals, all designed to deliver top-tier performance and reliability. Our journey began with the acquisition of Warner Chemical, a company established in 1959 that specializes in janitorial sanitation (jansan) products, tunnel car wash chemicals, dressings, shampoos, and all-purpose cleaners. This was followed by the acquisition of JB Chemical, founded in 1974 and known for its oil and fuel treatments, providing synergistic growth. Later, we acquired P&B Manufacturing, established in 1976, which brought immense depth in emulsion engineering. These strategic acquisitions have positioned us as a leader in the manufacturing of waxes, polishes, and compounds, supporting distributors, re-packers, and other factories globally.
Under the leadership of David Velasco, who serves as Chairman of the Board, President, and Chief Executive Officer, Insta Finish oversees the strategic direction of our Los Angeles-based operations. With more than 300 accounts across the United States and in 38 countries, we are highly specialized in emulsion engineering and are a top U.S. exporter. We ship in excess of 50 million pounds of product per year, demonstrating our capacity and commitment to meeting the demands of our clients.
Our clientele includes distributors, re-packers, and wholesalers who supply to retailers, chain stores, home improvement centers, hardware stores, auto auctions, full-service car washes, automated car washes, new and used car dealerships, panel shops, reconditioning centers, body shops, high-volume detail centers, and the public DIY market. We also manufacture for factories that lack the capabilities to produce specific products, especially emulsions. Notably, 93% of our manufactured products are private labeled, reflecting our expertise in creating customized solutions for our partners. Additionally, we promote and sell our own Insta Finish and Kem O Pro brands.
